This film is the second part of the Volunteer Army trilogy. It shifts from panoramic war scenes to focusing on the Battle of Taeyuan, the fifth campaign of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, which is crucial for the survival of the army. Through the story of the Li family's bond, the friendship among comrades, and the patriotism of soldiers determined to defend their country, it presents the courage, fearlessness, and selfless dedication of the Volunteer Army soldiers in the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea. This screening is not only a vivid Party education but also a profound ideological baptism.
