The Christening and Delivery Ceremony of 82000DWT Bulk Carrier were held successfully in Jinglu Shipyard
In the morning of January 10, 2020, the christening ceremony of 82000DWT bulk carrier built by our company for Greek owner Laskaridis Shipping was ceremoniously held at the jetty No.3 of Jinglu Shipyard. During the ceremony, godmother Ms. Wang Xiaoli give the name "Kastor" to this vessel and cut the string of the champagne to congratulate her.
Mr. Nikolaos Konstantinidis, new shipbuilding manager of Laskaridis Shipping, Mr. Emmanuil N. Theodorou, site manager of Laskaridis Shipping, representatives from Hengfeng Bank, Yantai Bank, Penglai Customs, BV Class and relevant leaders of Jinglu Shipyard attended the ceremony.
In the afternoon the same day, the delivery ceremony for MV "Kastor" was held in the conference room of Jinglu Shipyard. Representatives of both parties signed the delivery documents under the witness of BV Class representatives and relevant leaders of Jinglu shipyard.
The smooth delivery of MV "Kastor" has made a great start to the work of Jinglu Shipyard in 2020. "Kastor" is about to sail, carrying the dream of Jinglu people and the hope of Laskaridis shipping, and sail expedite in seven continents and four oceans.
